Australia Property helps buyers, families and investors research any of the country's 17,958 suburbs with 50 data fields in one place — without the real estate agent spin.
What we do
We aggregate authoritative Australian datasets — ABS Census, ATO taxation statistics, ACARA My School, state land registries and bond authorities, state police, NBN Co and OpenStreetMap — into clear suburb profiles, scores and free tools. Our Investor and Liveability scores distil dozens of metrics into two comparable numbers, and our calculators, family finder and rankings are free for everyone.
Our data principle
We are upfront about what's real and what's modelled. Where a free, authoritative source exists we use it and label it “Real”; where one doesn't, we publish a clearly-labelled modelled estimate rather than pretend. We never present an estimate as a verified market price. You can read exactly how our scores are built on the methodology page.
Independent by design
We don't list properties or represent sellers, so our scores aren't influenced by who's advertising. Where we refer you to a partner (such as a mortgage broker), it's clearly marked and never affects our data or rankings.
